● Are we legit?
For faster transaction, here are ways to check our legitimacy:
1. We are BIR and DTI registered. We can issue service invoice.
2. You may check the legit check post commented by our past renters posted in our featured post.
3. You may scan the reviews from our past renters.
4. We believe in the power of Word of Mouth. We encourage you to do your own background checks before availing our services.
● When is the deadline for payment?
As soon as we send invoice, we encourage the renters to send the payment for us to reserve the slot. No payment, no confirmed booking will be stricly implemented.
● Do you have physical store?
We don’t have physical store. We don't accept walk in. No fitting. No pick-up available. We are only online rental shop. Gowns are for delivery only. Payment first. No COD.
● How can we know if it will fit my baby if you don't allow fitting of gowns?
We send the exact measurement of the gowns. Please double check the measurements before booking. We don't replace or refund once shipped whether used or unused.
● Do you allow rental outside Metro Manila?
Yes. We allow rental for Metro Manila and Luzon only. We don't cater Visayas and Mindanao as of now.
